Premier Mortgage Rehab Program
San Bernardino County

Residential Soloar Photovolatic Panels

Description
In collaboration with lenders, investors and homeowner counselors, Premier Mortgage Funding Rehabilitation Program aimed to mitigate foreclosure for local homeowners in San Bernardino County.   Through this initiative and at no cost to the homeowner, residents at risk of mortgage foreclosure gained viable options through a process of foreclosure education, asset management, debt restructuring and intervention.   Through the homeowner rehabilitation program, Premier Mortgage financial advisors provided customized equity and debt analysis and personalized investment strategies for homeowners in an effort to abate foreclosure and restructure their assets and real estate portfolios.

Rehabilitation costs: $30,000

Project Description: Complete rehabilitation, new windows, central air and heat, new kitchen (cabinets, appliances, flooring), hard wood and tile, interior and exterior paint, perimeter fencing, landscaping, security system and rewired electrical, cable and phone lines.
Rehabilitation costs: $60,000

Rehabilitation costs: $20,000

LAG services include:

The Landacq Group staff members worked in collaboration with Premier Mortgage to facilitate the rehabilitation of single family homes and detached townhomes.  LAG implemented a homeowner’s rehabilitation program which included preliminary feasibility analysis, property appraisals, rehabilitation costs assessment, local planning approvals, contracting and monitoring general contractors and overseeing final inspections.
