Description
"Solar photovoltaic systems" refers to a wide variety of solar electricity systems. Solar photovoltaic systems use solar panels made of silicon to convert sunlight into electricity. While final engineering and design has not been completed, the Project’s construction would likely utilize traditional multi-crystalline PV modules. These types of PV modules, historically, have performed exceptionally well, are highly durable, and do not pose a human health or safety risk. The Project would also likely utilize micro-inverters and compatible communications gateways to effectively convert and manage the generated electricity. This micro-inverter architecture further reduces electrical hazards, lowers balance-of-system costs, and maximizes electricity generation. |
